Who sees my ad?
Everyone who opens torontolife.ai — the landing page shows the full city map before sign-up, and players see it every time they travel in-game. The stats sponsor banner sits on the public live-stats page.
How fast does it go live?
We review every creative within 24 hours (usually faster). Once approved, it's on the map instantly and your weeks start counting from approval.
What's not allowed?
Gambling, adult content, political campaigns, crypto 'opportunities', anything misleading, and anything we wouldn't want our moms to see. Rejected ads are refunded in full.
Can I change the image later?
Yes — email hello@torontolife.ai with your booking id and a new creative. Swaps get the same 24-hour review.
Do you track players for targeting?
No. Billboards are the same for everyone, like real billboards. We don't profile players or run ad trackers.
Is pricing in Canadian dollars?
Yes. All prices are CAD and charged through Stripe. You'll get a receipt by email.
Can I book more than one spot?
Absolutely. Run through the flow again for each spot. Bulk deal for all four Gardiner banners? Email us.
What if the slot I want is taken?
Slots free up when a booking ends. Pick another spot nearby, or email us to be notified when a specific one opens.
